During summer, rains almost make this place unsuitable for trekking but it is a good place for adventure activities like rock climbing and rappelling. A day trip from Bangalore to Coorg can be done by hiring a taxi van from Bangalore Airport (Bengaluru International Airport) which will cost around INR 1000-1500 per car (depending on exact time).
